Experience both the White Rabbit Masterclass and Magical Dinner at Lake House

A White Rabbit MasterClass

Common ground is found between Chef Vladimir Mukhin and Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM. Migrating from Europe as a baby; Wolf-Tasker grew up in a very Russian household. Over her years at Lake House she has held fast to her heritage and roots – evidence of which, although rarely articulated, can often be found in her menus. Moreover, a fondness for searching out best regional produce and creating a sense of place further link the two.

This will be a masterclass like no other – witness technique, vision and inspiration of one of the world’s best chefs. Whilst the conversation between the two, (Alla retains fluency in her native tongue, whilst Vladimir’s English is none too shabby) should provide some interesting insights into modern day Russia, the culinary and beyond…

Masterclass includes demonstration, discussion, recipes, tastings, tea, coffee and a glass of wine.

Vladimir Mukhin at The Lake House - A Magical Dinner
Hosted by Chef Vladimir Mukhin & Alla Wolf-Tasker AM; this will be a once in a lifetime event. Four courses with matched wines (and a few surprises) served at shared tables will be inspired by the White Rabbit, Moscow experience and added to through the utilisation of some of Alla’s favourite produce. Ideas are flying as the pair put their heads together. An evening not to be missed.

Vladimir Mukhin & White Rabbit, Moscow
Chef Vladimir Mukhin is in the vanguard of a new wave of young Russian culinary talent. Known as much for his own personal charisma as his cuisine, Mukhin is making international waves. In his whimsical “Alice in Wonderland” themed restaurant – guests sit in a glass domed space overlooking Moscow. On Mukhin’s menus, luxe meets staple with a dish pairing Borodinsky black bread and Sturgeon caviar; Rabbit comes with mini cabbage rolls and truffle juice and Roast suckling pig is accompanied by Black Sea oysters.

White Rabbit entered the San Pellegrino Hot 50 list in 2015 at No.23, earning it the Highest New Entry Award. In 2016 it climbed a further five places to sit at No. 18.
