A special four course lunch with wines from Taltarni in the Pyrenees VIC and Clover Hill in Tasmania. 

Hosted by Winemaker Robert Heywood & Lake House Beverage Director Robin Wilson in the beautiful Waterfront Pavilion.

Taltarni is the largest of the three wineries owned by the Goelet family of Napa Valley Clos du Val which also includes Clover Hill and Domaine de Nizas (Languedoc). Established in 1969, Taltarni Vineyards is one of the pioneering wineries of Victoria's Pyrenees, dedicated to making exceptional wines from the unique terroir of the region.

Taltarni Vineyard and Winery was founded on the principles of individuality, independence and expression. Combining old-world traditions with innovative new-world techniques, Taltarni produces a diverse range of high-calibre still red and white wines.

Clover Hill is one of Australia’s principal Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier Cuvées. On the site of a former dairy farm in north-east Tasmania, Clover Hill was established in 1986 after an exhaustive search for an ideal site for the sole purpose of producing world-class sparkling wine to rival that of the Champagne region. The site, with its rich soil, natural sloping amphitheatre and maritime climate, was deemed to be the perfect location to produce superb Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine, rivalling the great Champagne Houses of France.
