Join the Lake House chefs for a hands-on Masterclass; an exclusive opportunity to work with two of the award-winning team in producing a three-course seasonal menu. Spend a few hours working with the region’s best produce; learn new techniques, tips, and ideas.
Includes a three-hour cooking session, Cooking School apron, sit down lunch of the dishes produced, wine, refreshments & recipe folder. Space is limited to 10 guests per class.
*This class will feature the same recipe and dishes with the Spring Cooking Class to be held on Sunday, 7th October.
