Join multi-award winning chef Martin Benn of the famed Sepia restaurant, Sydney for a discussion and demonstration of dishes.
This consummate contemporary Australian ‘Chef’s Chef’ is arguably at his peak. ‘Pure Genius’ according to chef of New York’s acclaimed ‘Le Bernardin’ – Eric Ripert. Martin’s work was recently showcased on Ripert’s television program to a global audience.
In 2011 Martin was awarded the coveted SMH Good Food Guide – Chef of the Year and in 2012, 2014 and 2015 Sepia Restaurant was awarded SMH Good Food Guide – Restaurant of the Year and Three Chefs Hats. Not a bad record and he’s not done yet. Don’t miss this!
