A very special autumnal lunch with award winning chef Guillaume Brahimi and our own Alla Wolf-Tasker in the intimate Waterfront Pavilion.
French-born Guillaume Brahimi is one of Australia’s most popular and acclaimed chefs. He has been the recipient of the Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Merite (Knight of the National Order), Chef of the Year at the annual GQ Men of the Year awards and the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide’s Vittoria Legend Award.
Trained under Michelin-starred chef Joel Robuchon in Paris before moving to Sydney in the 1990s, Guillaume’s roll call of stellar restaurants includes: Guillaume at Bennelong in the Sydney Opera House, Guillaume in Paddington as well as Bistro Guillaume in Melbourne and Sydney.
The menu will be inspired by Guillaume’s take on French Bistronomy matched with a selection of wines selected by the Wine Team at Lake House – inspired by their favourite regions in France.
